1. Acceptance of Terms
By using vTyping ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
vTyping is a Chrome browser extension that provides voice-to-text transcription services using AI technology. The Service converts spoken audio into written text in real-time.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer the following plans:
- Free: 10 minutes of transcription per month
- Pro ($9/month): 5 hours of transcription per month
- Ultra ($29/month): 20 hours of transcription per month with enhanced AI model
Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused minutes. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us at mailbox@vtyping.com within 7 days of your payment for review.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at mailbox@vtyping.com within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically granted if there are technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described. After 7 days, or if significant usage (more than 30 minutes) has occurred, refunds are generally not provided.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
vTyping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
